I got the hook up, holla if ya hear me!
So I've already written this once before, but I had some computer malfunction, so here I go again:
I have a big secret!! I'm going full time at Best Buy, and no one there can know about it! Eriel (an awesome girl in Inventory) is getting a job as a senior inventory specialist, and I'm going to be taking her place! Okay, so first, Polylinks asked me if I wanted to be full time, and I said yes, so that I could quit my nanny job. When I went to Best Buy, Kurt (dept. manager) looked upset, and I found out later that it was because he and Eriel had been talking about me that day about taking Eriel's position. A couple days later, Adrian (store manager) asked me how much I would be making at Polylinks, said that Best Buy could match it, and throw in some hooked up benefits (starting immediately) to go with it. Kurt said that the reason he didn't say anything that day was because he thought I wouldn't back out of a position once I said that I would take it, because he knew that I have strong business ethics. Wow! I didn't know I had that type of influence, without even consciously doing it! So, finally Eriel found out about everything, but we still have to keep it a secret till the end of the week when her new position is announced. As it stands right now, everyone still thinks that I'm leaving! It almost made me cry the other day, when I still thought I was going to have to leave. But now I'm excited!
Daddy and Connie are getting me a computer for Christmas, but I'm getting it early, so that's going to be exciting! And I got the hook up on Geek Squad, so it's going to be super easy to hook up, plus if I have any questions, I can just get my new friend Jason to help me!
Things surrounding the boy situation aren't seeming to calm down, but I am. I know where my limits are, and I just have to make sure they know where my limits are. No matter how cute they are!
I miss Zack time! That's okay, I've got a great present about to be in the mail for him, and he'll be back at Christmas!
I'm just excited that I'll be making better money, plus have a set schedule, and so I'll be able to make my bills easier, and maybe even start hacking away at my terrible credit.
Things are going way better than they were a couple weeks ago. But I know that I need to enjoy it now, because it doesn't always last so long!
